Create a complete form with: a text field (name), an email field, a date field (date of birth), a select (country), a checkbox (terms), and a submit button. Use the appropriate HTML5 required, placeholder and type attributes.

HTML5 forms offer new input types (email, date, etc.) and attributes (required, placeholder, pattern) to improve user experience and client-side validation. The <form> tag contains all fields, and <label> improves accessibility.
